Projects
A customer wanted the hole in the floor repairing and new flooring installed. The previous home owner had attempted to patch one hole near the door with MDF, but with no gutter and a gap under the threshold it looks like water had been coming in for a number of years. A simple patch wasn't going to cut it. The sub floor was rotten and so was the foundation, so I re-framed the foundation wall and floor joists with pressure treated wood, installed a new threshold, patched and repainted the door frame. I then also sealed under the threshold so that water could no longer get in. Now I was ready to patch the hole and lay a water resistant SPC flooring.
At this customer's house I rented a tiller for the dirt in an area where their grass would no longer grow and planted some new St. Augustine sod for them.
This customer needed a major organization makeover in their shed. I made built in shelves for their yard tools to keep them all off of the floor, and fastened one ladder horizontally on the wall with a mounting bracket and the other on the ceiling with a mounting bracket and heavy duty rope making it easy to pull them down.
